Ms. Harner has always been professional, helpful, thorough, and never in a rush to "get it over with". In fact, she's always taken quite a bit more time than I would expect under the circumstances.
It's nice to not be treated like just another faceless patient to be rushed out the door (even though the reality is that I likely *am* just another faceless patient!).

My experience with Kelsey and the other Forefront Dermatolgy employees has been positive. Trying to schedule an appointment by phone is another story (I've had similar experiences with other medical practices.) Whenever possible, I go to the office to schedule my appointments. Trying to schedule an appointment by phone or online is exhausting!
