I had a great experience at this office. The office staff was phenomenal and helpful. The PA that I saw James Pratt was extremely helpful and considerate. In the past other doctors have seemingly thrown darts at the dartboard guessing what it is. It has been an issue for over 30 years Pratt immediately dealt with one potentially dangerous problem on my hand and then did tests to try to evaluate what is going on with my scalp and find an effective solution to the problem. I literally couldn’t be happier.

Everyone was friendly and professional! The facility was very clean and well organized too. My 11 year old daughter was very nervous and Mr. Pratt and Hope were awesome with her. The answered all of our questions, gave us options, and did a great job! Thank you! I really appreciate how soon we got an appointment too! Will definitely come back for other dermatology needs!

Dr. Pratt was thorough, punctual & my appointment was overall a great experience! Would highly recommend! The only downside of my appointment is he said I was reaching middle age!? LOL.
