My appointment was at 8:10 am and I was actually taken back 5 minutes early. That is excellent since most appointments aren't on time. James was very professional, diagnosed the problems and gave solutions. The only issue I had was with my HSA card for my copay. The person helping me was very nice and assured me that this problem happens a lot. I told her to send me the bill for the copay and I would pay it online. Thank you Forefront.
