Dr. Kasteler is a board-certified dermatologist with over 25 years of experience, including leading the Forefront Dermatology practice in Jeffersonville, Indiana from 2014 until March 2021 when he relocated and opened his newest practice in Gilbert, Arizona. He specializes in the diagnosis and management of acute and chronic conditions of the hair, skin, and nails, such as acne, eczema and psoriasis as well as skin cancer – a prevalent issue in our community. Dr. Kasteler treats every patient as if they were family and always strives to find a treatment plan that fits the lifestyle and budget of each patient. Outside of the clinic, you will find him spending time with his grandchildren or on a golf course.

He rushes u through as to y u r there. Then quickly diagnoses u and leaves the room. He give little instructions on what he wants u to do. Staff has to tract him down and ask those questions.

Such a nice experience, new patient. Was able to scheduled quickly and they offer 7 am appointments, which is great. Easy online check in and form fill out, which meant short wait in office. Staff is very friendly! Office is clean. Doctor Scott was nice and put me on a great plan for my skin issues. I felt listened to and left happy.
