Dr. Reynolds is a kind, caring surgeon. He took his time explaining the procedure to me. He called me at home to check on me. His nurses, Sami and Tori, were so patient and kind with me. Highly recommend Haley Dermatology.

Don't know where to start but here it goes. I go in early in the cold morning (7:30am). I ask why I am there. The very nice lady say I don't know, go down the hall and sit in the back till we call you. I do and stay so long in the blistering sun I get sun burnt. Mainly because I fell asleep. Finley a lady comes in and hollers my name rudely waking me up with a start. Asked me how I was doing, well I'm in a doctors office what more is there to say.. She take me into a room and has me sit in a chair and puts straps on me to hold me down, but I soon find out why. She put the chair way up in the air, now I feel better, would not won't to fall out .. She then takes a needle and starts sticking it in my ear saying this may sting a little )(*^%# YEP she was right. OOPS, not a good thing to hear out of my other ear.. I forgot to put the anesthesia in the syringe, don't going anywhere I will be right back. Like I could! Well from where I was sitting she was back way to fast. She started sticking again and again saying this may sting a little YEP she was right again. After awhile my ear and the whole side of my face was numb and I think that half of my brain. The doctor comes in and take a big knife and scraps on my ear, that, I could hear and gut up and walks out. The nurse, I guess that is what she is called, puts something on my ear lets me down and makes go sit in another room for and hour. I do, fall asleep and the hole thing starts all over again. So I back in the another room, I think that was a test to see if I could get out on my own later. Another lady comes in and tell me that they got everything. Now I an worried. When she was not looking I checked to see if I had any ear left, yep it felt like most of it was there, but it felt like it belonged to someone else. She put some bandage on after soaking up the blood, told me to put Vaseline, lots of Vaseline on it and take a bath in 2 day. That was something that confused me because that was going to be 2 days before Saturday. After that I was told to get out. Not falling for there test I had remembered exactly how to get out. Showed them. Now if I could just find my car!!
