I had a good experience. I had a concern, was taken seriously, given detailed information about what it was and what my options were. I wasn’t pressured, but when I opted for removal I was given options that helped manage my experience and expenses given my insurance situation. Overall, I felt my care was provided in an efficient, professional, and respectful manner which is really all I need.

I left confused. Last year I was told the spot on my cheek was a "traumatic verbose vein". Today I was told it's a "precanceros spot". Why then did they do laser treatment on the spot to diminish it?
