I felt like I was on a prescription-writing conveyer belt. No care behind her work, I had never met her and she almost forgot to introduce herself. She was rattling prescriptions to her assistant without much, if any explanation of what they are, and then rushed out of the room. I asked questions as best I could as she was ready to leave. Staff was pleasant enough, place is clean enough, filled with cosmetic advertisements. Maybe that’s what they like doing? Just went to pick up prescriptions and they were very high cost. Zero consideration, or explanation of this by this PA.

Hannah Wilson and assistant are great - BUT the office will not return my phone calls or help me with patient portal. I received an email saying they had an "update" for me. But I can't find out what it is! So Ms. Wilson, please help!
