Rachel Pflederer, MD, FAAD
Dr. Rachel Pflederer is a board-certified dermatologist and fellowship-trained Mohs surgeon. Dr. Pflederer earned her medical degree from the University of Indiana, School of Medicine, and completed her residency at the University of Kansas Medical Center, where she was named Chief Resident. In addition to advanced training in medical and cosmetic dermatology, Dr. Pflederer is highly trained in the Mohs micrographic surgery technique and has performed over 2,000 Mohs surgeries since her fellowship training. Dr. Pflederer is a member of the American Academy of Dermatology and the American Society for Dermatologic Surgery.
Originally from Indiana, Dr. Pflederer currently lives in Liberty Park with her husband, Matt, and their two children, Jackson and Pearson. In her spare time, she enjoys painting, skiing, camping, and going to concerts. With Dr. Pflederer’s knowledge and training, we are excited to expand our dermatology practice to include a surgical suite and extend our top-notch care to skin cancer removal surgeries.
