Anna Reznikova, PA-C, PhD, MMS

Anna Reznikova has practiced dermatology and dermatologic surgery for over 10 years. Anna’s area of interests include skin cancer detection and surgery, prevention and treatments of skin scars, and clinical and cosmetic dermatology. She takes pride in taking the time to educate and build relationships with her patients.

Anna graduated from the Physician Assistant Program at Anne Arundel Community College in Maryland and received a Master of Medical Science Degree from St. Francis University, PA.

Anna was born in Russia, graduated from Russian State Medical University and received her PhD degree from Central Research Institute of Dentistry and Maxillofacial Surgery in Moscow, Russia. She practiced general pediatric, facial and neck pediatric surgery in Moscow for 10 years.

Anna is a guest lecturer in Anne Arundel Community College PA School. She is an active member of Society of Dermatology Physician Assistants and Maryland Association of Physician Assistants.

Anna enjoys classical music, hiking and traveling. She lives with her husband, young son and dog in Columbia, Maryland.

The person who saw and treated me was very thorough and explained the treatment plan step by step. She even checked me out for tumors and signs of possible cancer.

I love Anna. She was running behind for my appointment, but she took her time with me and did a biopsy on a spot I was concerned about even though it made her even more behind. When I apologized, she graciously said to me that it was ok and that she would catch up at lunch time. She is thorough and compassionate.

I have seen probably 40 to 50 dermatologists starting from my early years in the US Navy through now - my current retirement age of 75 years. Nearly all were superior doctors, but none come even close to comparing with the skills and professionalism of Anna Reznikova. She is head and shoulders above all and I hope to be her patient for life.
