Born and raised in Kansas City, Missouri, Dr. Shane Grace is a board-certified dermatologist who has lived in the St. Louis area since he began his education at Saint Louis University.

As a physician, Dr. Grace prides himself on patient care and forming long-term, meaningful relationships with patients. He specializes in a wide variety of dermatology services including, but not limited to, skin cancer detection and treatment, dermatologic surgery, and comprehensive and effective acne, psoriasis, and rosacea treatments. He also specializes in cosmetic dermatology, including Botox and removal of benign skin lesions.

When not seeing patients, you will find Dr. Grace supporting his favorite sports teams, the Kansas City Chiefs and Kansas City Royals.

I had a great experience at Forefront Derm. Firstly, I didn’t have to wait long, which is always appreciated. Second, their staff is extremely helpful and kind. And Dr. Grace was excellent. As a woman I always worry a bit about a male doctor examining my whole body but he could not have made me feel more comfortable. He explained everything he was seeing and told me I only have to come back on an as needed basis which makes me trust them even more. Great experience, 10 stars, will def come back. Thank you!

I had an appointment scheduled and they texted me to see if I would like an earlier appointment due to a cancelation. I was thankful. I arrived. Waited 2 minutes, got in my room and nurse then doctor came right after. Dr. Grace was very friendly, had answers to my questions and came up with a plan of treatment that made me happy. No waiting time at all. Great visit.
