The staff was wonderful from check-in to the very end of our visit. This was my 14 yr old daughter’s first appt, and I really appreciated that Dr. Smith spoke directly to her, not just to me as the parent. Both Dr. Smith and her assistant took the time to listen to our concerns, and the exam was very thorough. We never felt rushed at any point. Dr. Smith also explained the treatment options clearly, giving my daughter the opportunity to choose what felt right for her without pushing in one direc
