This was my first time here. Rachel Serrano is a sweetheart. I went for a full body skin scan because I'm 72 and haven't had one in over 15 years. She makes you feel relaxed and like you've known her forever. Fortunately, there was nothing suspicious to be found. Scheduled my appointment for next year with her.

I was looking for a new local dermatologist when I found Rachel Serrano, MHS, PA-C. Rachel was very nice and respectful. She reviewed my medical history, concerns and reviewed the options so I could make the best decision for myself. Both Rachel and her nurse/assistant were very friendly, calm and polite. I’m highly satisfied and will continue to work with them for my annual checkups. If you get anxious with doctors, you should definitely explore working with them since it felt like a friendly interaction although you were in a hospital gown!
