Kyla was professional while doing a yearly skin check exam. Used a dermatoscope for the entire exam. However, the front desk receptionist was incredibly rude and lacked personal skills. She was very judgemental when she asked if I had my own health insurance. She ignored me standing in front of the desk for a good 3 minutes when I arrived while she ate behind the desk. She also tried to “help” another gentleman with a bill, but clearly did not know what she was doing. Hire a new receptionist if you want to retain patients.

Kyla and her PA were so nice! Let me know what they were doing and kept me distracted from needles when i told them i have bad medical anxiety, and had me in and out! assured me everything was okay!

I came in to have a couple of things checked and they were okay but she found something else that I didn't know about. So we did it biopsy. We'll see. Point is Kayla is on the ball. And she deserves our respect and gratitude for accepting the mission that she is on.

I was very happy with the service, Kyala is very professional but at the same time I felt very comfortable talking with her about the issues, and her assistant I believe Mia, I apologize if that's wrong but she was also very helpful and easy to talk with.
