Went to see NP Elena G. For a specific scalp issue. Elena did a thorough exam and also found some other skin issues. She is knowledgeable and thorough and came up with a treatment plan. I’m so Thankful I had Elena for my exam!

I was expecting the provider to evaluate & check my daughter's skin, she didn't take any time to hear our issues nor asked if she could help with anything else. DEFINITELY not going back nor would I recommend.

Elena was very thorough and pleasant, as was her staff. She answered all my questions and addressed concerns I had. She provided detailed explanations and ordered Rx immediately. Was quite satisfied with my appointment and availability of a time slot that met my needs.

Elena made me feel slightly uncomfortable at my appointment. I have concerns in a more private area and she basically told me to drop my pants and I didn't feel like I had much dignity in the matter. She did seem knowledgeable but felt a little uncomfortable and more like a subject than a patient.
