Wellll, with it being my first visit, first Dermalogist I've ever seen to start with I had to ask who would I be seeing at the front desk. It's routine to them but not for me; 2ndly, who was Sam. Was he her assistant or is he in training? I wouldn't know because I wasn't told what his part was, but he is so gracious.3rdly although I prefaced with 2 cues that I was coming in from Colorado Springs and showed them visuals as to why I needed more indepth explanations of what's going with me due to TBI issues,etc-which I was trying to let Dr. Chelsea know to go slower & maybe to repeat what she knows so that it can sink in so I could remember better her diagnosis & recommendations. That made me stammer to get my words in fast. Yes, she was delightfully nice, (I always give 3 gracious benefit of the doubts or reasons for anyone if they're having a bad day, behind schedule, personality, etc unless they jump straight to 3 strikes you're out first benefit), and she spoke fast as if in a Big hurry was my impression. I got what I needed in the end and can't say enough good things about Sam. When short exam was overwith, they left the room leaving me in a predicament, but thank goodness Sam came back in to the rescue to help me down from the chair/table, leaving me to find my way out to the front desk area exit. Would I return? It's questionable. You all have a nice day anyway.

I've used Asarch for a long time, and Dr. Burg for a few years. I am very happy with Asarch and really enjoy Dr. Burg! She is always happy, very pleasant and gives me a thorough check.

I was underwhelmed by the impersonal cursory examination, lack of skin health discussion, nor care for the problems I brought up.

I went in for a skin check to see Chelsea Burg and she was amazing. Very thorough and quick. I even asked if we could remove some spots that bothered me and they accommodated me same day. She’s very personable and listens!

One of the easiest doctor appointments I've had in my life. I had to reschedule my appointment a couple times, and it was super easy to do, plus it didn't push my appointment out for months, like many dermatologists. I arrived a bit early and they were able to get me in right away, so I was on my way home just 5 minutes after my appointment was scheduled. The front desk people were nice, and the office was super clean and updated.

Chelsie was great. She was very thorough and informative. She kept me aware of everything she was doing as she examined me.

Love working with Chelsea. She is so kind and knowledgeable and has helped me navigate my changing skin in pregnancy and postpartum.
