My son just had his first appointment with Dr. Natalie. Our previous dermatologist stopped taking our insurance which left us in a bad way. My son was a year and a half into their care for acne treatment when we found out we had to find someone new. I looked and looked and asked around and then basically just did a Google search and found Forefront. From the scheduling of the appointment to the check out after being seen everything was smooth, pleasant and punctual. They got my son in fast (next day actually) after I explained the urgency of the situation and the fact that he was home from college on break. When we arrived for our appointment the receptionist was professional and pleasant and we were seen at our scheduled time!!!! Not a minute past! Dr. Natalie exceeded what I had expected from all the positive reviews on Google. He was so kind and so attentive. He treated us as if he had all the time in the world to talk to us and hear my son’s concerns. He explained things
