I had a great experience with Mona. She described everything she was doing and it was pain free. I was in and out in very little time.

Mona listened to all my concerns and gave several options for me. She was very informative and I was very pleased with the outcome of my appointment. I would highly recommend her.

She was outstanding. Her staff was as well. I will definitely be looking forward to going back to her for any future dermatologist work. 5 stars across the board for all of them.

She is great takes time to answer any questions or concerns you may have !! Highly recommend!!

This is not my first time seeing her. I’ve seen her a couple of times before I think she’s very good. She’s very nice. The nurse back in there with her that took me back into the room maybe feel very comfortable. Very welcome. She went out and brought a guy in and had him look at me, cause I reminded them of her aunt or somebody in her family. And I found out the girl when I walked in up there where you go to register I knew she looked familiar. She already knew my name. She said you don’t know who I am do you? I thought I did, but I was afraid to say it in case I wasn’t sure so I said I’m not sure and she said her name and I went well duh she’s my sister-in-law‘s niece I’ve known the child since she was a baby so that made me feel even more welcome. My sister goes there. Another sister-in-law goes there so you’re pretty well. Got my family in this area. Come to y’all for y’all services. You are doing good. Keep up the good work. I hate having to come, but when I do, I feel comfortable and I can talk to her and tell her what my problems are and she listens and then she asked just me questions. She sent a prescription for me which they’re gonna have to order and get in tomorrow she gave me the name of something that she wanted me to look into getting and I asked her where could I buy it and she said probably Amazon so I came home got on Amazon found it Ordered it. It’ll be here Friday. Can’t wait till I get my medicine tomorrow. I can’t wait till I get what she had made to order Friday, I’m hoping that’ll fix my problem. If not, I know where she is. And I will be calling if I have another problem come up that I think she needs to see or it needs her attention

We had a late appointment at 4:30, but Mona never made us feel rushed. She was very thorough, took the time to answer all of our questions, and made sure we understood everything. We truly appreciated her patience and professionalism. 10/10 – highly recommend!
