Mona Olive, MSN, FNP-C

Mrs. Olive is a native of the Shoals area. She currently resides in Florence with her husband, Danny, and two children, son, Ashton, and daughter, Annaleece.

She worked in dermatology 7 years, and as a Registered Nurse for 8 years in Intensive Care Unit before pursuing her Master of Science in Nursing for Family Nurse Practitioner from University of Alabama at Huntsville. She is board certified by American Academy of Nurse Practitioners, licensed as a certified Registered Nurse Practitioner in Alabama and Tennessee, and compact Registered Nurse through Alabama Board of Nursing. She is an active member of American Academy of Nurse Practitioners and North Alabama Nurse Practitioners Association. She practiced in Primary Care for 4 years before returning to the field of Dermatology in 2019.

Mrs. Olive provides a wide variety of dermatological services including Complete Skin Exam, skin biopsies, cryosurgery, chemical peels, and diagnosis, treatment, and prescribe appropriate medical therapy for acne, eczema, warts, psoriasis, and many other general medical and cosmetic dermatological conditions.
