I had the most amazing Experience With Forefront dermatology. From the moment I arrived at the front desk till I was taken back to my room to meet with doctor Westgate I had more attention than I’ve had in any other medical office in a long time and it was my first visit. The outcome of my visit was extremely positive and caught my emotions by surprise! Thank you Dr. Westgate for such an amazing team of professionals and a wonderful outcome to my visit. Appt with Dr. Westgate was rushed. Felt like I was on an assembly line. Did not catch, understand, or remember 1/2 of what she was saying. Not sure if she was talking to me, the other 3 people she brought with her in the room, or recording notes with the headset she was wearing. Very impersonal with what seemed like stopwatch timing. Products were hurriedly written down as she recommended them - but the card did not indicate what they were. While I feel skin exams are important, I don’t like the coldness and indifference of these speed checks.

Easy to get an appointment without having to book super far out (I love online appointment platforms and theirs was easy and convenient). The Dr. was super attentive, there was no long wait in the lobby, and all of the staff was really nice.
