Dr. Fanderclai is an amazing dermatologist. She’s honest and upfront about your skin health and offers solutions that work for you. Never an upsale for products or procedures. Just actual health care services.

Dr. Stengel was my doctor a few years ago...so glad to be back with her again. In her current location. A little far from home...but well worth the trip.

Although the check in process was new, and the waiting room was packed, the staff handled everything extremely well. After I checked in, I was called to see Dr. Fanderclai quite promptly. Thank you.

Love Dr Stengel. Always so caring and thorough. The wait upon arriving at appointment time is always very long. More attention to timely appointments would be great however this time was only a twenty minute wait so better than in past. Although I was told I was the first patient after lunch so though I would have Been called right on time. Once called back everything was very timely and I was seen and out in a good amount of time.

I absolutely LOVE my doc. But I hate the new check-in procedure. I’ve been seeing Dr. Fanderclai for many years. I can usually walk in and they say, “Hi, we’ll check you in — we already have everything on file — have a seat and we’ll let her know you’re here!” Yesterday they asked me if I received an email to do online checkin. I hadn’t. They insisted I do it there. I have a tiny phone and neuropathy in my fingers and didn’t want to type everything out on my phone. I watched as another man tried it on the tablet — it took him 20 minutes! I’ve never been to a physician office that required this. (And I see a LOT of physicians!) I also had left a message a month ago to have my doc call me to try to get in sooner for a suspicious spot on my arm since I’ve had so many horrible, horrible cancers (one on my scalp that required Mohs surgery, shaving my head and over 40 stitches.) Yesterday, she said she never got my message or she would have made sure I got in sooner. Back when I needed to contact my surgeon after my extensive scalp surgery because I was in extreme pain (that was 2017) and called the after hours number, I was told to “Go to Beloit Hospital.” I said, “I live in Missouri, not Wisconsin.” Fortunately the surgeon had given me his cell phone number. I called that and he helped me. So Forefront is terrible, but the doctors are awesome!

I wasn't seen until an hour after my appointment time. The office was transitioning into a new electronic check in process, so I hope that was the problem.
