Update: there was some follow up and I am waiting to be approved for another medication, in the meantime I was prescribed another topical cream that I haven't tried before now and I am seeing positive results. During the initial appointment we discussed how it isn't a long term solution for me, but I appreicate it immensely! Thank you to the staff and Dr Costa. Hi. I waited 5 months for an appointment, and my appointment was May 22. I was seen, and she said they would get back to me within a few weeks to see if I can take this medication and sent me off with nothing. I have yet to hear from them and this is very disheartening. I continue to suffer from my condition with no help. I wish I never even went to the appointment and got my hopes up.

I have been seeing Dr. Costa for close to a decade, and have always received the highest quality care. Also, the office staff in the Bloomfield office is very friendly and efficient; check-in is simple and I've never had to wait long to be called back for my appointment. I highly recommend her.

The woman at the glass window checkin for Dr. Costa was not as welcoming as I would have expected.

My appointment was in the late morning. Going to any MD I expect some delay, so that wasn’t a big deal. But according to the gossiping ladies that were in the waiting room, the staff takes lunch at noon, and I was the last one, albeit late, before that. I felt rushed, I didn’t get to ask about my skin tags and getting some removed there or ask for a plastic surgeon they would recommend for the larger keratoses. Over all I felt rushed. I will think about another derm doc for next year, as I was told that she will see me next year. The office staff was friendly so that part was good.

I miss the different lotion samples you used to have available in the waiting area. It was nice to be able to try out different lotions before buying them in stores.
