Having completed his undergraduate studies and medical training at the University of Texas, Dr. Wagner has a solid academic foundation. He further honed his skills during his dermatology residency at the University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston, gaining extensive experience in diagnosing and treating a wide range of skin conditions.
