Dr. Rohit Kakar is a Fellowship-trained Cosmetic Dermatologist and Fellowship-trained Melanoma expert. He is board-certified by the American Board of Dermatology and completed a fellowship in Melanoma and Cutaneous Lymphoma at Georgetown University Washington Hospital Center. He finished a highly competitive fellowship in Cosmetic Dermatologic Surgery at Skin Care and Laser Physicians of Beverly Hills in California, where he garnered extensive expertise in the application of injectable fillers, botulinum toxin, laser medicine, and platelet-rich plasma (PRP) to create exceptionally natural results with minimal downtime.

After they got my appointment messed up; evidently whoever I spoke with on the phone when setting appointment up, it did NOT get it set up! I went in on the day and time that was confirmed to me on the phone and was told that Dr. kakar had already left for the day! But, at least they were able to get me rebooked within a couple weeks later to see Dr. Kakar. He was very nice, seemed very knowledgeable and professional. He started me on beginning a regime of a 7 day, twice a day application of a combination of Fluorouracil and Calcipotriene creams for pre-cancer spots on my face, and I am scheduled to go back for a recheck in 6 weeks. We shall see how that goes?

Absolutely, one of the best physicians I have ever had an experience with. From the moment I walked into the office, the reception ladies helped me with absolute profession, courtesy, and kindness. Apprehensive as I was, getting a skin check is generally a nervous situation for me. I went back to the room and the nurse who helped me before the doctor arrived, was Professional as well as reassuring. When Dr. Kakar came into the room, his professionalism and knowledge of skincare was phenomenal. I want to gatekeep him because I’m afraid, too many people will see this and want to go to him for care. Then, getting appointments maybe hard to do in the future. But I am willing to risk that, for the safety of our community. He is absolutely knowledgeable, reassuring,and one of the best physicians I have ever met. I am a healthcare provider. With that being said. He is an outstanding member of our medical community. I would recommend him more stars than this will allow. Go see him! Immediately.
