Great doctor, friendly staff

Thorough, friendly, professional and accurate in every way. I had a new spot on my face that concerned me because it changed, and wanted it checked out before my regular 6 month appointment six weeks from now, so he squeezed me into his busy schedule. Glad I did!

He gets the job done!

Dr. Chen did a really good job on his body scan. He may not be the friendliest doctor I have had, but his medical knowledge is why I went there.

First office appointment for annual skin exam with Dr. Chen. I used to see Dr. Chambers until she retired Dr. Chen and staff were professional and nice. I felt like he did a thorough exam . I will go back again next year. My only complaint would be the wait time. He is not alone in this but why do doctors overbook their time and make patients wait 30-45 minutes

Dr. Chan was very thorough and explained everything to me. I was very pleased with my office visit.

Dr. Chen is very knowledgeable. Seems to always be in a hurry. His red headed nurse assistant isn’t very friendly. Overall I’m satisfied with the practice.

Dr. Chen is nice, a bit quiet and matter-of-fact but I always prefer doctors that just tell you the facts and don’t overly sugar coat things so I really like him. If you are someone that wants to talk to your doctor about your life and pets and such, his personality may not be what you are looking for but if you are like me and want efficient competence then I would definitely recommend him. He is efficient but thorough and in the 6ish years I’ve gone to him I’ve never been kept waiting a long time. He is skilled with procedures and even buffers his local anesthetic so you don’t feel the burning sensation as you get numb. You will definitely get good care and he knows his art. Update: I still like Dr. Chen but their billing office couldn’t really explain why separate billing statements went out for the same visit and only one was showing up that I could see. So their online portal wanted me to pay an amount way over the statement I had, even though I couldn’t even see proof the other portion had even been run through insurance. Also, for the statement I did have, after insurance deductions my portion was the exact amount their patient packet indicates they charge for an office visit so either that’s a big coincidence or they up charge insurances whatever they have to in order to extract the maximum their paperwork says a visit costs directly from you. I put 3 stars because the doctor is good but the billing at best is high and not strait forward and at worst seemed possibly intentionally hidden and the billing staff didn’t seem to understand their own online portal.
