Abby Weitzel, NP-C

Abby Weitzel is a certified family nurse practitioner specializing in the treatment of acute and chronic skin conditions. Serving patients at the Forefront Dermatology Fort Wayne, Indiana practice, Abby provides both medical and aesthetic dermatological services such as:  

• Skin cancer detection and treatment  
• Treatment of acne, eczema, psoriasis, rosacea, rashes, warts, and more  
• Management of hair loss and nail conditions  
• Aesthetic treatments for skin rejuvenation, including Botox® and dermal fillers 

With an enthusiastic and compassionate approach to care, Abby strives to make a difference in the lives of all her patients.  

When she’s not seeing patients, Abby is busy raising her five kids with her husband on their beef cattle farm.
