Very professional! Efficiently handled my visit and my husband’s visit. Amy is thorough and answers questions. Makes good recommendations to the patient!

The front desk staff were very nice and pleasant. The check in process was smooth and easy to understand. The nurse was very helpful and kind. Amy was very nice as well, although the visit felt somewhat rushed. I had a few questions for Amy, and she responded quickly with little explanation, and her answers were brief. This is not a complaint, as I do understand that there are many patients who prefer quick visits, and unless something is really concerning, there isn't a need for a longer, more drawn out appointment. However, for me personally, especially since this was my first time at this office and the first time I had seen a dermatologist in over 4 years, I wanted to make sure I had as thorough an examination as possible. It did not feel that way. I pointed out some areas of concern to Amy, and she addressed them all. She removed some dark spots under my right arm, and the process was quick and painless. I even told her that I don't do well with needles and medical procedures in general, and she was understanding and patient with me. After she was done, she told me to take all the time I needed before leaving. Overall, the visit was good and I appreciated the staff's kindness and efficiency. I do, however, wish that the appointment would have left me feeling like I was examined a bit more thoroughly. But again, that's just a matter of personal preference and not a complaint about Amy. I look forward to my next visit.

I would definitely recommend seeing Amy if you need a dermatologist she is so professional, friendly and makes you feel completely at ease. Her staff,Michelle and Olivia are also so helpful and very friendly. So glad to find these super ladies.

Love working "with" any professional, especially medical because we depend on their knowledge.
