After going to many Doctors. he was the only Doctor , that that did a Biopsy and found out it was cancer. Thank God he is a good Dr. and found out soon enough. I have gone to many dermatologist in seven years and he was the only Dr. that said to do a Biopsy. All the other Dr. did nothing and the sore kept coming back , which was cancer. So I rate him A++++++++++. DEC. 2016 Thank you Dr. J. Cantieri. . My husband is seeing him in Jan. 2017.

I saw Dr. Cantieri for a trivial face issue. My astonishment of a diagnoses came in about 45 seconds. Face issue was cleared up in a couple of weeks with a cream. Thank you for a prompt timely appointment and diagnoses!

Dr. Cantieri is one of the best dermatologists in the area. He is knowledgeable and dedicated to his client's well-being. He has treated me and my sons for over 10 years. He is extremely respected in the medical community. As far as his communication skills; try not to confuse his shyness for rudeness.

I went to see Dr. Cantieri about an allergic reaction to an antibiotic which caused my face to become inflamed, dried out my skin & had red patches. He really didn't talk with me or ask any questions. He never walked over to take a good look at my face. He just started writing out prescriptions & said I'll have my nurse give you a shot. I didn't know what kind of a shot until the nurse came in & I had to ask her. I told him that I'd been taking Hydrocortisone and the precriptions he gave me were 2 face creams & 1 lip ointment all steroids. The pharmacist said I should check back with him since I had been on hydrocortisone for over 2 weeks. He never asked me how long I'd been on hydrocortisone. He walked out of the room before I could ask questions. When I asked the receptionist the question, she brought me back in the room to ask the doctor. It is very hard to communicate with him. I hope it was o-k to get that steroid shot since I had been on prednisone . He never explained anything to me.
