For patients scheduling who are under 18 years of age (19 in Alabama) please make sure you have permission from your parent or legal guardian to schedule this appointment. Your parent or legal guardian must accompany you on your initial visit and on certain subsequent visits to provide appropriate informed consent.
Our online scheduling platform is offline between the times of 10pm – 7am, no available appointments will show during those times, please re-check during online hours. The platform does not currently provide availability for same-day or next-day appointments. If you need an immediate, same-day or next-day appointment, please call our office at 601-607-8222 to find out if we have availability for you to be seen today or tomorrow.
