We also do not accept aetna better health, aetna bronze, silver and gold marketplace plans, anthem medicare medicaid dual demonstration plans, Bon Secours Mercy Health Plus Plan EPO, cigna marketplace products, including Connect and SureFit, Medicare Advantage or Humana Community HMO, Medicare – Medicaid Integrated (Duals) plans.
