For patients scheduling who are under 18 years of age (19 in Alabama) please make sure you have permission from your parent or legal guardian to schedule this appointment. Your parent or legal guardian must accompany you on your initial visit and on certain subsequent visits to provide appropriate informed consent.
Please call the Mequon Clinic at 262-240-0440, option 1, to schedule an appointment for a Skin Cancer Exam, Acne, Rash, Psoriasis, Eczema, or other skin condition. In addition, please feel free to self-schedule this visit online.
Please directly call the office for the following visits:
- New patient to the Mequon clinic
- Surgery or cosmetic appointment and or consultation
- Follow-up visit regarding a prior office visit for a Accutane visit, biopsy, mole/skin tag removal, or suture removal
