Dr. Kent is professional, knowledgeable, kind, calm, and responsive. I had BBL & C02 Fraxel Laser and it was a challenge to go through, but Dr. Kent and his team were very supportive, informative and made me feel comfortable. Overall, my skin looks much better, but the scar on my nose that we hoped to resurface is still noticeable and red. Dr. Kent recently did another BBL on the scar to help reduce some of the redness. Dr. Kent has responded quickly to any questions or concerns I have had throughout this process. I definitely recommend Dr. Kent and his Team.

Had to wait a little bit longer for my appointment but not much longer. Dr. Kent was very direct but helpful, and will answer your questions. Came in for HS and he gave me a detailed description of what recovery will look like.

I should put five stars, five starts for doctor Kent, for Victoria and the nurse lady. They are all very nice , very professional and quick to get back to patient. The reason for 4 stars is the front desk lady with big glasses frames. She deserves one star. She’s very disrespectful. When I asked her for the bathroom, I misunderstood the directions, and when I went back and asked her again, her answer was “ like I said , turn to the right.. blah blah”. She doesn’t make eye contact. The whole time I was talking to her her eyes were on the computer monitor , didn’t even bother to look at me once. Twice or three times I asked her “ which board you want me to sign?” Her board was covered with other items on the reception desk, and she kind of just let me figure out which board she was referring to. As I was checking out, I gave her a slip of paper given to me by the doctor, to help her make an appointment. She took it from my hand and put it right in the trash. She didn’t ask “ do you want this back. I said to her “ I would like this back please.” She didn’t answer. Then I said it again, she answered with “ yes I got you, I need to go grab a key”. Absolutely rude and dismissive. I tried to not let that bother me. I am sure I’m not the only one who thinks she’s rude. On the other hand, doctor Kent is wonderful. My advise is to seriously coach this employee and expect a result, if the employee continues to show this kind of attitude, it’s going to hurt the business . I’ve changed providers before, and I’ll do it again if I have to tolerate this toxic attitude . If the first person I interact with is rude, and they’re just an admin, it ruins my entire experience with that practice.

I had my first DiamondGlow facial with Gigi, and it was a wonderful experience. Before the treatment, Dr. Kent stopped in to evaluate my skin and discuss the plan with Gigi, which I really appreciated. Gigi was knowledgeable, thorough, and explained each step while tailoring the treatment to my skin. My skin felt noticeably smoother, brighter, and hydrated afterward. I’ve already booked my next appointment and highly recommend Gigi!

I saw PA Mona today for my Botox appointment. She was very professional, gentle, and knowledgeable. She explained the treatment thoroughly and performed my injections with minimal pain and discomfort.
