For patients scheduling who are under 18 years of age (19 in Alabama) please make sure you have permission from your parent or legal guardian to schedule this appointment. Your parent or legal guardian must accompany you on your initial visit and on certain subsequent visits to provide appropriate informed consent.
For cosmetic services including consultations, facials, microneedling, VI Peel, PRP, IPL, Tattoo Removal, GentleYAG, Lumenis M22 ResurFx, Picotoning, Laser for Brown Spots, Electrodessication (Hyfrecation), Photodynamic Therapy (PDT), Vbeam laser treatment, or Laser Hair Removal please call our office at 404-459-9177, Option 2, or complete the cosmetic appointment request form to schedule with our Aesthetics team, Kristi Buck, RN or Melody Montes, LE, ALP.
