I had never been for skin exam before and was very nervous about the procedure. But the staff and particularly Meganne Gerwin put me write at ease. It was such a good experience and I feel very blessed that this was the location I went to for my first skin exam. The staff was knowledgeable, friendly warm and were not condescending because I was nervous! I would highly recommend this location and Meganne Gerwin for anyone needing a skin exam!

My office visit with Meganne was positive experience. The office was neat and clean. The staff was very friendly and professional upon my arrival. I had a short wait time in the lobby. I was quickly greeted and discussed my reason for visiting with one of her assistants. I felt heard and understood by Meganne and her staff. Meganne was also very professional and courteous. I felt very comfortable with her diagnosis and treatment. She seemed to be very thorough and she explained everything to me. I received treatment quickly and aftercare was explained to me in detail as well. I would feel very comfortable returning for other services including a full body scan.
