Dr Serrano couldn’t be more personable. While each visit is direct and to the point she’s not like some doctors that just make you feel like you’re a number. Highly recommend. I dealt with a skin issue for most of my adult life and she was able to help me take care of it in just a few weeks and it’s resolved for good.

She provided a very thorough exam and was genuinely attentive to my questions and concerns. Anything that appeared concerning was removed, and she took the time to explain each step. My previous dermatologist overlooked several skin changes, but she caught them immediately. She was friendly, reassuring, and made the whole experience comfortable. Her assistant was also extremely helpful and supportive.
