How does Diolite® laser work ?

Diolite® laser is a safe and effective, non-traumatic treatment of vascular and pigmented lesions.

The laser light is absorbed by blood vessels and melanin (the black or brown pigment found in the skin) causing the destruction of facial veins and sunspots by heating unwanted cells while leaving healthy cells intact.

What can Diolite® laser treat?

The Diolite Laser is an excellent treatment option for vascular and pigmented lesions such as broken capillaries, birthmarks, port-wine stains, sunspots, freckles and others.

What results can I expect from Diolite® laser?

Approximately 60-65% of the lesions should clear with one session. one to two sessions are recommended depending on the number of lesions present and the desired reduction. The darker the pigmented lesions, the better the results will reduction/level of improvement.

Normal daily activities can be resumed with only a slight redness in the treatment area on the same day.
