Monica Bravo, MD, FAAD, ABD

Dr. Monica Bravo is a dermatologist who was born and raised in Covington, Louisiana. She attended Louisiana State University and graduated Summa Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science and Minor in Business. She earned her medical degree from LSUHSC School of Medicine. She completed her intern year of residency at LSU Internal Medicine in New Orleans, and then completed a three year Dermatology residency with LSU. She has published in The Journal of Investigative Medicine and Dermatogical Reviews. She holds herself to the highest standard of care as a doctor and enjoys seeing patients of all ages. Dr. Bravo practices cosmetic, general and surgical dermatology, with a speciality in cosmetic procedures. She chose Dermatology as a field because she wants patients to feel confident and happy in their skin. During her time off, she enjoys spending time with her husband and their two frenchies. Her hobbies include cooking, tending to her vegetable garden, exercising and traveling.
