Unfortunately office was way behind schedule so an unusually long wait. But having worked in healthcare I know all too well how that can happen. Provider was thorough and not rushed when we were seen. Things were explained well and options given. Provider took care of issues immediately so that saved another appointment which was greatly appreciated. We are clear on follow up instructions. I would recommend Kaitlyn and this practice.

Kaitlyn is an awesome PA and her nurse, Hannah is just as nice! They both made sure they answered all my questions and explained what was happening each step of the way through my appointment.

Kaitlyn as physician assistant was welcoming in our meeting at my appointment. She would ask me questions of how I feel with regards to my health. She would explain of what she would be doing looking and examining skin conditions to make sure there were no cancerous concerns. The appointment moved right along and the examination concluded with everything being alright.
