Had a MOS surgery on my head. I was a wimp but I have no complaints. They were professional, considerate, and quick.

Excellent work and bedside manner, and thorough explanations, but sometimes still felt he was rushing through my time with him. Perhaps less concurrent appointments, so Dr. Starling doesn't appear like he's flying from one patient to the next.

Dr. Starling is very personable and professional. I was seen promptly, and felt very comfortable with his service.

1/06/17 Dr. Starling's office had seen me on short notice due to a cancellation. The staff were friendly and the office/patient room was clean. The wait time was short; Dr. Starling met with me and gave a few recommendations and his nurse gave a follow up call a few days later. Overall a great experience at the time. ***UPDATE*** 5/23/18, I received a bill for services rendered that were not covered by insurance. One claim was covered fully. 5/24/18, Appealed two claims with Unity insurance and the appeal for coverage was denied. Service representative was friendly and looked into the situation timely. 6/4/18, I was contacted by billing for Forefront and Nicole provided me with assistance, support and a plan of action to help alleviate a few frustrations with insurance and repayment. Nicole was very nice and accommodating with the situation. I very much appreciated the time she spent with me reviewing services and providing me with an affordable repayment option.

It has not healed fully...so I can't give a true review yet.

Dr. Starling was very friendly and explained what he was doing. His assistant was helpful and gentle. It was generally a good experience. The material I received ahead of time explained the procedure well and prepared. It was not a painless experience, but in the end I was a positive one.

Have nothing but the highest praise for the total medical experience from Dr Sterling and the Forefront staff. Very little wait time on initial exams, surgeries and follow-up. Excellent results with very little scaring including large forehead and nose Mohr surgeries.
