At my first visit, I was nervous and concerned about the possibility of inheriting skin cancer due to my family history. Jessica was patient, listened attentively, and took the time to address all of my concerns. She made me feel comfortable, heard, and valued as a patient. Her calm demeanor immediately eased my fears and put my mind at ease. For many years, she has carefully monitored my skin and has never missed an opportunity to investigate or remove anything that appeared suspicious or potentially harmful. She has also successfully treated my eczema, prescribing an ointment that has kept it well-controlled and nearly nonexistent. Detail on conditions and solutions

Went in for 2 spots on my face that I’ve had for roughly 10 years. Typically I’m not the type to NOT want to know what’s going on health wise. Afraid of what might be going on. It took a lot for me to even call and schedule, but made the appointment anyway. I explained my concerns and was immediately greeted with a smile and hand shake. Very pleasant experience, painless and am now waiting for my results. Plan on scheduling for 2 other spots I’ve had for sometime. Overall excellent experience, extremely pleasant office and I truly trust the care I received! 100/10
