She completed two years of internal medicine training at the Los Angeles County-University of Southern California Medical Center before completing a residency in dermatology at Harbor-UCLA Medical Center, where she was selected as Chief Resident in her last year of training.

Dr. Ngo is Clinical Associate Professor of Dermatology, Keck School of Medicine of USC. Dr. Ngo is a member of many medical societies, including the American Academy of Dermatology, American Society for Dermatologic Surgery, the Dermatology Foundation, and American Medical Association.

She is the author of several publications in the scientific literature and continues her academic interests through full-time teaching and research at USC-Keck School of Medicine.

Dr. Ngo is a reviewer for several journals including JAAD, JAMA Dermatology, International Journal of Dermatology, and on the Editorial Board for Cutis.

If I could give zero… I’ve never had such a disappointing experience with a doctor before. The appointment lasted less than 7 minutes — the doctor barely spent any time with us, didn’t perform any kind of examination, and seemed in a rush to get us out of the room. It felt very impersonal and dismissive, as if our concerns didn’t matter. I left feeling frustrated, unheard, and honestly, I felt robbed for paying for a visit that provided no real care or attention. I expect much better from a medical professional, and this experience was completely unacceptable.
