I felt very grateful and relieved after my much appreciated appointment. From the moment I walked in the door, I felt welcomed, respected and treated with kindness. They even took me 10 minutes early. The nurse was exceptionally pleasant, understanding and helpful. “Dr. Q” and staff earn my highest recommendation .

Dr Q, not just heard me, but actually listened to what I experiencing. He was efficient in his examination, direct in his questions and answered my questions to my understanding. Dr Q is obviously very knowledgeable, and his treatment helped my elderly MIL. However, the appointment felt rushed and despite my MIL being somewhat hard of hearing, she’s still very sharp and Dr Q, by being in a hurry didn’t really treat her as a person, more like a “piece of meat” with a skin condition. He barely gave her time to close her eyes before zapping pre-cancerous cells on her nose. I think he needs to slow down and treat the elderly with the respect they deserve.
