The visit itself was fine. Did not spend more then 10 minutes with doctor for my yearly skin check. I was extremely disappointed with the scheduling process. You no longer get a receptionist in office, I was routed to some sort of call center with a person that was difficult to understand. Very disappointed. Does not seem to be about patient care and relationships but more about money. Not sure if I will return.
