Today was my initial appointment with Vivian. She was knowledgeable, warm and answered all of my questions about facial treatments. She was attentive and listened to my goals for treatment before making any recommendations. When she provided guidance, she provided options to think about instead of plunging right in. Vivian sent me home with products to sample before making any purchases. She provided me with an app where there are regular coupons and specials that reduce costs. I will definitely work with her!
