I had to wait an hour to be seen, and Dr. Giannelli rushed the appointment and looked visibly annoyed by my questions. I wanted to ask another question, and he left as I tried to ask. Very rude and unprofessional, and never asked me any questions. He also kept describing things in medical terms rather than clarifying what they meant.

I had an excellent experience at this dermatology clinic. Dr. Giannelli stands out for an exceptionally high level of professionalism, combined with a rare and remarkable availability. From the very first appointment, I felt a strong sense of empathy: the ability to listen carefully and immediately put the patient at ease truly makes a difference. I also greatly appreciated the kindness and efficiency of the entire staff, who are always attentive and available. A top-level medical service that combines expertise and humanity in an exemplary way.
