I look forward to my appointments with Dr Rickett. He is my 3rd dermatologist in Louisville and now I feel like I'm in the right place. He listens to my concerns and I trust his information and direction. I have had a couple skin cancers removes and place trust in Dr Rickett, his colleagues and staff to safely and appropriately treat my medical needs. Specifically Dr Rickett is very respectful and has a good personality to make the patient comfortable.

Dr. Rickett’s not only the BEST dermatologist ever, I truly felt his empathy on a recent visit. He listened patiently as I talked to him, never rushing me as I spoke. I can’t say enough about Dr. Rickett. Best, Sandy K. Burgin

I feel confident Dr.Ricketts is going to notice anything out of the ordinary with my skin checkups. In treating the skin cancers, Dr. Ricketts is efficient with whatever method is needed to keep me healthy. He and his assistant were both very good at making me feel understood and comfortable with the information and treatment options.

The staff was very nice and helpful, but my prescriptions were sent to Tandem instead of directly to my pharmacy. I had to call the office three times to get it sent directly to my pharmacy. I think this is something you should ask the patient if they want you to do instead of doing it automatically. It delayed me getting my prescriptions by a day.

The office atmosphere was very friendly. Dr. Rickett had a great vibe, explained what the test evolved and what to expect. I would recommend him to anyone.
