With each patient, regardless of their age, I try to build a relationship and provide them with the care I would provide my own family and friends. With kids, of course, that involves using language they can understand and making them feel at ease.

The entire staff made my 6 month appointment very easy from the moment I arrived, from my check in greeting and a goodbye as I left. Dr. Keiler is very caring, discussed my patient record, any change in conditions, advised treatments if required and discussed preventive measures. The nurse (technician) who checked me in and went over my file was very kind, caring and knowledgeable. Very knowledgeable and friendly staff. Very fortunate to have these knowledgeable people and their daily practices within our area.

I set up an appointment on line. Showed up on time, was seen fairly quickly, and Doctor Keiler came in with an associate to look at my rash. Diagnosed the situation and prescribed a cream to use. Everything went rather smoothly. Dr. Keiler was interested in my issues and made sure to ask, several times, if there were any other problems. She showed concern for my well being. All in all, a very good experience.

Very professional service provided by nurses during the check-in. Dr. Keiler was very professional, did a thorough exam, answered any questions that I had, froze two pre-cancerous areas and explained what she was doing during the exam and why. She is a very thorough doctor and has such a great personality. I am so glad that I have her for my doctor!!!
