Shilpa Vichare MS, PA-C is a Certified Physician Assistant with 20 years of experience in facial rejuvenation, dermatology, and cosmetic treatments.

Shilpa received her NCCPA Certification in 1999 and became a licensed State of California Physician Assistant in 2000. She has completed her undergraduate education at the University of California, Irvine then went on to receive her master’s degree and attend the Physicians Assistant training program at Barry University in Miami, Florida. She is a long time Los Gatos resident.

Came in for a consultation with Shilpa . I was very nervous since I wasn’t happy with my results in the past from a different office . During my consult , Shilpa explained to me where she believed my lips could use some volume and I totally agreed with her suggestions . I had two IPL treatments. The first one was on my face only and I had great results. My skin looked and felt better. The second treatment was for both my face and my chest. I saw a little improvement on my face but my chest showed no improvement at all. I went back to Shilpa for a follow up and she said that she probably didn’t turn up the machine enough but if I wanted to see a change I would have to pay another $300. After spending $1,400 I was very disappointed to hear this. I will not be going back.
