The staff at the dermatology office was excellent, and Sheryl Mulder was very knowledgeable and kind during our visit. We truly appreciated the care we received in the office. However, trying to get my son scheduled for a procedure to remove a cyst has been extremely frustrating. We were told we would receive a call the same day we left the office to schedule the procedure. Instead, I received a call the following day. During that call, I asked if someone could provide an estimate of the cost. I was told they would call me back — but no one did. Friday passed with no call. On Monday, I called again toward the end of the day to follow up since no one had returned my call. Again, I was told someone would call me back and they took my number down. There was no call Monday, no call Tuesday, and now it’s Wednesday morning. Due to the lack of communication, we are now looking into other clinics to have the procedure done.
