I have been going to Forefront for more that 7 years. I have had nothing but the best experience, until this visit. Mind you, I have had melanoma, which was caught early by the NP in this office and I had to have check up every 3 months for 2 years, then every 6 months for 2 years and now annually. I drive an hour and a half to the office, which does not bother me at all!! I have never had to wait more than 30 minutes past my appointment time, until this time, it was an hour past my scheduled appointment time. There was never an apology, explanation, or did anyone check to see if I might need to reschedule due to the delay in seeing me. I get that appointments might run over and it’s difficult to determine exactly how long each appointment will take, but I feel an hour past a scheduled appointment time is excessive.

From the receptionist to Dr.McNeil, everyone was kind and patient. Both the nurse and doctor listened carefully. Very thankful!!

Excellent Doctor and staff. All were caring and compassionate. The wait to be seen was 30 minutes past my appointment time as there were many patients. Overall a good experience. Thank you Dr. McNail.
