A Saint Louis area native, Dr. Fanderclai received her B.S. degree (magna cum laude) in chemistry from Truman State University and her M.D. degree with honors from the University of Missouri-Columbia School of Medicine in 1999, where she was a member of the Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Society. She then completed an internal medicine internship and a dermatology residency at Southern Illinois University in Springfield, Illinois.

Dr. Fanderclai is detailed and thorough in her exams and always considerate of how I am doing. The office goes above and beyond supporting me with my complicated medical history and insurance issues, so much so that when they don’t take my insurance, I private pay because I don’t trust anyone else.

They have recently opened up a new facility in Wentzville, which I find to be much more convenient. It is pleasantly appointed with state of the art equipment. The waiting area is spacious and comfortable. Dr Fanderclai is remarkably skilled and efficient. I’m amazed at how, at a quick glance, she can spot problem areas and the degree of concern. Very great experience with her practice and I highly recommend it.
