Yes, Dr. Fanderclai is an excellent doctor.I've been going to her for approximately 5 years now, and she is always pleasant and very detailed in her exams. She identified a tiny brown mark on my upper thigh a couple of years ago and has checked it each year since. Personally, it didn't look like much more than a freckle to me. However, a few weeks ago at my annual exam (this is the important part), she once again measured it, comparing it to my previous exams. She continued to look at it through her tiny microscope (?), and then said, "I think we need to biopsy this." Wow, that surprised me because it didn't appear any different to me. I didn't even remember this spot, but THANKFULLY, she did! So, I was surprised when I received the results back about 10 days later: precancerous and all the cells to the outer edge of the biopsy contained those cells! Therefore, yesterday I had surgery in her office to remove more (all) of the precancerous area, eliminating the likelihood of it actually becoming CANCER! This is why you should never bypass your annual exam... It's much better to be safe than sorry. This is also why you want to have a reputable dermatologist who is thorough and always compassionate, making you feel less nervous. And, I can't say enough good things about the staff that supports her. Ashley, her technician (not certain if that's her title), is just the best; she's unbelievably kind and supportive, as well as her office staff. They are all great, but I specifically I want to thank Kayla for her phone support and communicating my concerns to Dr. Fanderclai several days prior to my surgery. She called me back to allay my concerns regarding the use adhesive tape and explained they would use an alternative method. I can't say enough good things about Dr. Fanderclai and her staff. My sincere thanks to all.

I had a great experience with my dermatologist. She was genuinely fascinated by my skin condition and took the time to examine every detail with genuine curiosity and care. Dr Fanderclai has been my dermatologist for years. She is the same caring, kind, knowledgeable and professional doctor now as she was the very first time I came to her and she removed skin cancer from my leg. Probably the best experience I’ve ever had at a doctor’s office. From the welcoming sign in person to the doctor’s friendly assistant it was great. But the best part was Dr. Fanderclai. She was thorough, professional, informative, knowledgeable and genuinely caring as she came up with a perfect plan to help me. I left the appointment feeling positive and hopeful.
