Dr. Kent is exceedingly competent and professional. I’m completely confident in his judgment. It can sometimes be challenging to get an appointment (he’s busy!) but I’m grateful to have found such an exceptional dermatologist.

Dr. Kent is a great doctor. The staff especially the 2 ladies at the reception are horrible. Poor customer service. I was late by 2 minutes over the grace period and they made me wait 2 hours. While waiting the two receptionists were talking about people showing up late. They were also discussing other clients and so forth. The reception area had patients waiting so everyone could hear their conversation. Plus for an office setting one of the ladies had tattoos all over her arms. In a professional setting you would assume they would have some type of dress code. Over all the doctor is great. His receptionists need to fix their attitudes and approach to patients.

Dr Kent, as ever, was excellent. Nurse Joyce also.

He was very nice and explained everything. Great bedside manners 👏🏼

I saw Dr. Kent once and he was good and professional. However, when I arrived @ his office for a follow-up 10 am appointment, the receptionist did not find my appointment on the system. When I showed her my appointment card, she told me that the Dr. Will see me. Around 10:30, I was called and directed to the tiny examination room. Twelve minutes later, the Dr didn’t show up so I decided to leave. The nurse was apologetic but this is not a way to treat a patient!

Dr Kent is really a model of a great doctor. He is very thorough, keeps communicating while inspecting, and will explain to the smallest detail any questions or doubts I have.

Great practice, great Physician!
